We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account and use our services — your name, email address, the answers you type or record, your test and drill attempts, DCF workshop inputs, and your learning progress. When you subscribe, your payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see or store your full card details.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Mark your interview answers and generate AI feedback, scores, and coaching
• Transcribe spoken answers so they can be reviewed and graded
• Manage your subscription and access
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Protect against fraudulent or illegal activity

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety
• With service providers who help us operate — including Supabase (hosting, authentication, and database), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI (AI marking and transcription). These providers process your data only on our instructions.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

The answers, recordings, and work you create remain your property. We process them solely to provide our services — for example, to grade an answer or generate feedback. For the on-camera interview practice, your video stays in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers; only the audio is sent to be transcribed. We do not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the service is used. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, though some features may not work without them.
