What a strong answer covers
The opener, and the one worth scripting because it sets up everything after it. Do not read the page top to bottom. Give a spine: where you started, the two or three moves that got you here, and why that leads to this division. Each item should answer why it mattered rather than what it was. Land on the present with a clear reason for Goldman and for IB or S&T specifically. Keep it to about ninety seconds of material even if you are given longer, because a rambling CV walk is the most common way to open badly.
